The fourth generation mobile communication system has been widely used. However, with the mobile users’increasing demand for mobile Internet services, in order to meet the rapid growth of mobile network users on the demand for wireless data services better, the carrier aggregation technology is introduced to improve the utilization of the discrete spectrum through expanding plurality of continuous or discontinuous carrier aggregated into larger bandwidth.Based on the above situation, this paper focuses on expounding the conditions on the implementation of CA pilot by Xingan Unicom through enhancing the overall performance of the LTE mobile communication network in several parts. First of all, it briefly introduces the background, significance, research methods of the thesis. Secondly, it summarizes the key technologies of CA and explains the related theoretical basis.It focuses on the implementation of the Xingan Unicom Network Upgrade construction and optimization program. By means of parameter verification, DT test, CQT fixed point test, KPI index and MR data analysis, it proposes the optimization evaluation method of CA and improves the network performance through the actual optimization work. The research results of this paper have been used in the practical work, and played a good guiding role in the CA project.
