Software Design For Data Platform Of Police Intelligent Duty Analysis System

As the international and domestic security situation is becoming increasingly serious, the armed police forces is confronting a lot of new challenges in all aspects of security and duty, information construction of police duty system has also become extremely urgent. However, a wide range of current police duty system, which have poor coordination has severely affected the construction of informatization and intellectualization of police duty system. Therefore, to realize the unified management of data by integrating the current resources of police duty system has important significance for promoting the informatization construction of police duty system.In order to slove the fragmentary of plice duty system and meet the needs of informatization construction, a data platform software has been researched and developed by this thesis. The software integrates the data from various duty systems by extracting a set of virtual platform call interfaces and accessing dynamic link libraries offered by duty systems. The software uses a modular and low coupling design, which has strong scalability and maintainability. Meanwhile, in order to support the intelligentized reconstruction needs of duty system, the thesis has researched and developed a mechanism which supports loading data analyzer dynamically. The mechanism establishs unified interface standards of data analyzers which allows data platform software to load different data analyzers to support various intelligent data analysis. The thesis has also developed an asynchronous event reporting mechanism to complete the work of large-scale data report through event queue and multi threads. In addition, in view of the judegment of sentinel duty heavily relies on supervisors’ real-time monitoring, the theis developed an intelligent data analyzer for sentinel duty judegment based on the data platform software. The analyzer can make intelligent judgement on whether sentinel is on duty through several processes including face and eyes detection, eye state detection depend on real-time video.The data platform software developed by this thesis has been put into engineering applications, and has successfully access access-control duty system, sentry-watch duty system, video surveillance duty system. It can integrate the data from various duty systems and report to data center after analysis, and meet the requirement both in function and performance. The intelligent data analyzer for sentinel duty judegment developed by this thesis has also been put into applications with the data platform software, and proved to be effective and accurate in functions.
