Nondestructive testing technology (NDT) plays an very important role in the monitor and inspection of the mechanical mechanics performance (deformation, defects, etc.) of products’ components in aerospace, machinery, materials and advanced manufacturing. Because shearography has the advantages of full-field, non-contacting, high precision and high-sensitivity, it becomes a kind of efficient and commonly used method in NDT. At present, the basic measuring theory and realization method of shearography have been mature, however, some of the key technology and potential applications needs to further analysis and research.Some key technical problems of shearography are resolved in this paper and the specific research work mainly includes:1. The principle of the NDT based on shearography has carried on the detailed introduction. And the key technology has carried on the theoretical analysis and experimental research.2. Determination of key parameters in the technology of phase shift of the method of the spatial carrier has carried on the theoretical analysis and experimental verification. The relationship between the Parameters such as diaphragm type, the aperture size, the spatial resolution of the CCD, shearing displacement, shear direction in optical path and shearography application discussed in detail.3. Discusses the use of large amount of shearing speckle interferometry and displacement derivative integral method direct measurement of deformation of the object displacement. Experiments have been carried out to verify the methods discussed above. To derivative integral method and electronic speckle interference method has carried on the experiment contrast analysis.4. The shearography applied to the strain distribution test of the SU-8 photoresist. The shearography nondestructive testing system is designed, the strain distribution of the SU-8 photoresist detection. For analysis of test results and simulation results were compared to verify the shearography nondestructive detection capability in the field of new applications, provide reference for the new applications of this technology.
