According to the estimation by the world health organization, the number of global blind is about 45 million, which has become a group that can’t be ignored. With seeing-eye tools on market are simple and poor, the topic has researched for the main information of the image and the relationship between the tactile information in order to help the blind and disabled man to reproduce the visual perception, this essay proposes an idea that converting image information to tactile information with electronic dot-matrix sensing device. It opens a new way for the blind to regain the visual information.The main contents of the essay are:1. Combining the theory of touch alternative vision, the tactile stimuli signal is studied by the basic method of image information. According the analysis it designs the body touch stimulation, stimulation style and stimulation waveform which could give the blind comfortable and high identify information with current tactile perception.2. Researching the development way of the tactile signal, establishing the corresponding relationship between the sensory information and image information and extracting the feature information of the image. Combining the theoretical basis with the human brain plasticity theory, the relationship of the luminous efficiency, the wavelength and spatial relations that we design out the lattice contact stimulation waveform, which will make a certain shape, frequency and amplitude to correspond the human body target recognition feature information of the image, color brightness and the distance of human body target.3. Researching the realization way of body’s tactile sensor system and designing an adjustable constant current source based on feedback to control the current strength of human abdominal skin, through the high strength and high voltage isolation circuit sensitivity, it creates the separation between the circuit and weak electrical signals which makes the circuit stable and reliable. Images are captured by the master machine will process to the form with the coded format, the slave machine received the recognizing coded format information by bluetooth in advance to trigger the corresponding command,control lattice contact, which could produce settled shape, frequency and amplitude ofexciting signal in real time.The research of this topic needs a certain time of training for the blind. By the test of the experimental showing that the system can basically help the blind to identify the ambient color information and target position information around the human body through the training.
