The Rural Credit Cooperatives in Liaoning Province is the only administrative and financial institution that has 3,000 network outlets throughout the whole province. However, due to their broad institutional distributions, uneven capacity of grassroot staff, together with their four-level management models, consisting of province,city, county, and society, there are certain differences in quality and reporting time of the datas submitted by the different levels of the organizations and also the ways to count statistics are various. In order to meet the requirements of supervision departments at all levels, entirely enhance the effiency to deliver reports from the reporters in management departments, and reduce the error rate of the reports, the Rural Credit Cooperatives in Liaoning Province has attached great importance to the research and development of the operating and monitoring system of dynamic datas, which will make the statistics more accurate, reliable, detailed, and unified and provide the best scientific basis for decision-makers at all levels. Particularly they do emphasize the system to be perfect, run safely and stably, and operate easily for the users. As a result, they will ensure the accurate forms reported on time.In this paper, the author will describe the realization of the system and delivering process of the statistics, combining with the dynamic data monitoring system, which is developed by the current mainstream-Java language, and based on the B/S modle; such as database-Informix; operating system-HP-UX; middleware-Weblogic, Kettle. Firstly, this essay expounds the background and significance of the constuctive system and analyzes several popular reporting tools in modern society. Secondly, it has a brief introduction to the related technology in the process of development and operation. Then, it analyzes the demand of the system, for example, the reporting forms, business scope, business model and the data acquisition process. After that, it highlights the development of the system, physical structure, overall design, data layer, business layer, and data processing schemes, including the hierarchical architecture, persistent layer design, data collection and summary, and the design and check of statistic forms etc. Finally it illustrates the commonly used test methods and detailedly makes a systematic test to the dynamic data monitoring system.At the end of this essay, the author summarizes the conclusion of the essay, the current problems and its future direction, pointing out the maintenance of business data dynamic monitoring system, and further more the upgrade in future. In terms of the author’s working practice, there remain to be some problems in the process of extracting, storing and tansfering mass datas for each business system. According to the former experiences from many domestic senior engineers in HP and IBM and the characteristics of Informix, which will help to solve paralysis problems caused by large number of datas by means of unique methods. Thus, the operating effiency and stability of the system have been greatly improved. Although there are some shortcomings, the system goes smoothly so that it can meet the requirements of the staff at all levels and 3,000 business outlets in the province, city, county, and society.
