In practical research, the extraction and description of the geometric properties of the space object is the focus of the current research, but the research on the irregular spatial structure is deficient. Because of its irregular structure, and the scanner will have different observation results in different observation angles, the research of irregular geometry has increased the difficulty. In this situation, this paper uses topological theory of irregular structure position, perspective, state changing time invariant of topological information. The key to surface reconstruction, and then use the knowledge to find the topological invariance of topology objects. Combined with practical application, the practical significance of the study is expounded.Firstly, in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of large-scale point cloud surface reconstruction, a new method for implicit surface reconstruction with GSRBF is proposed based on topological. Secondly,.the method of calculation of geometric topology projective invariants was used to improve accuracy and precision of surface reconstruction in the feature extraction stage.A homogeneous algorithm based on mixed feature model is introduced to obtain the projective invariant of topological structure, combine linger and points feature.Using the arbitrary two points in a straight line are introduced into the invariant equation, which can enhance the anti jamming ability and reduce the matching error rate; And using the matrix operation method and the constraint of the invariant and the existence of the invariant function;Through Matlab verification,Contrast the old and new algorithm,Hybrid structure algorithm is more accurate. Finally, the experimental results show that the proposed method is effective for object reconstruction, feature extraction and object matching.
