In recent years, the object motion measurement, motion detection is applied extensively in the field of military and civilian fields. Due to greatly reduce cost of navigation system,power consumption and volume, MEMS inertial device overcomes the GPS and image visual technology complex external conditions. And MEMS inertial device has the independence and autonomy, not influenced by any other equipment. Sports information includes acceleration and angular velocity. Such as ballistic testing, vibration testing, human motion recognition barrel, we often require multiple nodes and the amount of information for a long time, so how to perform the array sensor data transmission and save is this article main research problems. After the motion information, research about array sensor movement information solution principle and the sensor error calibration are another part of the study of this article.For complex object motion detection, this paper proposes a design which can simultaneously satisfy array, small volume, long time, the large capacity of object motion detection system. This system can collect 32 nodes at the same time movement information and obtain the complete movement parameters for a long time. At the same time, through the use of FPGA SOPC(system on a chip) control NAND FLASH storage array, so as to realize the embedded of small volume and large capacity data storage system. In this paper, the micro inertial combination select MPU6050. Through the analysis of the error model of combination of micro inertial measurement and ellipsoid fitting for measurement of micro inertial measurement combination under different attitude, quickly get all the calibration parameters, then compensate MIMU output using the zero, the sensitivity, and non-orthogonal error Angle of the sensor. This simple and rapid field calibration method can be used in the environment without precision calibration.The sensor array are stuck in different positions of the body and working in the humanbody running state. Experimental results show that the different location of acceleration values and angular velocity values are not the same. This verifies the sports information acquisition system based on MEMS sensor array is feasible.
