Droplet evaporation is the basic phenomenon of nature, but in the aviation industry, oil refining, pesticide spraying, micro-nano fluid systems and nano printing technology is playing an extremely important role. Droplet evaporation procession is the preparation of DNA/RNA microarray, micro lens, inkjet printing and the important process of micro-electronic components. With the rising of microfluidics and 3D manufacturing technology in recent years, the study of micro droplets to the commanding heights of scientific research wave again.Therefore, the study of droplet evaporation has an important significance.Traditional research droplets evaporate are placing it in the rigid interface, thus ignore the existence of the interfacial tension of the liquid gas vertical component. Classic Young equation in the given contact Angle with the gas-liquid, liquid-solid, gas-solid as the relationship of the interfacial tension, ignoring the vertical component. Based on the Liquid-gas interface vertical component can be measured by the construction of the experimental apparatus, real time deposit and test of the force in the process of the droplet evaporation and such as Contact Angle and so on to refact to Liquid-gas interface parameter variables. It posed a challenge to the study of droplet evaporation.At first, this paper puts forward the micro droplet titrating on micro cantilever beam soft matrix to study the evaporation process the change of the interface information, through the second chapter general overview of the microcantilever beam deflection testing system and the study of the performance parameters. In Third chapter, micro-droplet preparation technology and the construction of the contact Angle reserves device, for the realization of the new test device provides the hardware requirements and technical guarantee.The fourth chapter draw lessons from the first two chapters of the technical requirements set up the new system based on micro cantilever beam technology inspecting droplet evaporation process.successfully tested the micro droplet evaporation process ofThe interfacial tension of liquid gas vertical component and contact Angle, the change rule of liquid-gas interface panoramic information and from the perspective of theory and experiment verify the validity of the results.
