With the improvement of people’s living condition, tourism has become a fashion to relax. The combination of tourism and the Internet make the online travel development rapidly. Visitors can get food, accommodation, travel and other information through the Internet. The massive data can provide help to visitors, but at the same time visitors will also be submerged in the ocean of information. It is difficult for them to make a reasonable decision. How to provide visitors with the targeted tourism information, how to help them to analyze the big data and mining the interests from the data, are the main issues of online travel.The thesis designs and implements a tourism information system of Weihai Hanlefang to supply personalized services for the tourists who are interested in Korean culture. In order to support personalized services, we classifies the tourist information reasonable and provides accurate and detailed information for visitors. It also provides the information of surrounding area and route information which can help visitors to make reasonable schedules. RBAC (Role Based Access Control) is employed in the thesis. It controls users to browse the system by assign them a role. Hybrid recommended method is adoped by the paper. Content-based algorithm and item-based collaborative filtering technology are combined to provide recommendation. During initial system operation, content-based method is used. And by collecting the clicked behavior of clients, the system obtains clients’ preferences about the information implicitly. The adjusted cosine similarity calculation method is applied to obtain the similarity among items. When the similarity matrix is no longer sparse, it is switched to collaborative filtering technology to recommend.The thesis abides by the idea software engineering. It adopts the object-oriented analysis technology. It carries on comprehensive requirement analysis to the system and designs the system based on the MVC (View Control Model) design pattern. Then the PHP language and the Laravel framework are explored to implement the system. The results of detailed tests prove that the system meets the expected requirements.
