Design And Implementation Of InnoTREE Equity Crowdfunding System

Internet equity crowfunding system comes into being from the combination of the internet industry and the financial industry. It provides a new financing approach for entrepreneurs, and it also provides a high-risk but high-yield investment method for investors. It becomes a hottest topic among internet financial products after the birth of third-party payment and P2P.This paper describes the design and the implementation of four subsystems of InnoTREE Equity Crowdfunding System, including the WAP System, the File System, the User Center System, and the Wechat System. This system combines the business of equity crowdfunding with the big data. And through this method, it can provide quantifiable data to help investors find those companies with good growth prospects. It also provides the option trading service for those employees who has the option of the pre-ipo companies.In the beginning, this paper describes the the project background. Introduce the difference between equity crowdfunding, angel capital, venture capital, and private equity. Introduce the concept of equity crowfunding systems and the development status of similar products at home and abroad. Then, introduce the base module structure of the Spring framework. And introduce the storage format, the persistence strategies and the publish/subscribe mechanism of Redis database we used as the cache in the project. Analyse the product characteristics and the user features, describes the functional and non-functional requirements by combining use case diagrams and use case tables. The WAP System has six functional modules, including Project Search Engine, Option Trading, Big Data Telescope, Big Data Photoscope, Big Data Imaging, and User Center. The File System has File Uplaod and File Acquire two modules. The User Center System has User Info Management and Message Sending two modules. The Wechat System has three modules, including Industry Report, Activity Sign Up, and Activity Check-in. Describe the summarized design using function module diagrams and entity-relation diagrams, and introduce the detailed design and the implemention with the help of flow diagrams and class diagrams. After that, combine part of the test cases with some project snapshots to introduce the testing results and the final outputs. At the end of the paper, give a summary of the current development situation. Analyse the product’s short board, and give an expectation of the project’s future direction. My job in the project development is to design and implement all functional modules in the WAP System, the File System, and the User Center System. I also design and implement the Wechat System’s functional modules excluding the Wechat Binding module. After that, I execute the functional testing for those modules.After the launch of the project, it has served for dozens of start-ups, providing them equity crowfunding services, legal advisory services and some high-quality support services. The option trading service has served for many employees who works at well-known start-ups, like Didi Taxi, MI, and TouTiao. Help them enjoy their options’ economic benefits before their companies’ IPO.
