Design And Implementation Of Real User Monitory System Of E-commerce Sites

With the advent of the Internet Era, the network has become an indispensable part in people’s life. People have gradually accepted the consumption pattern of online shopping. As the rapid increase of online customers, the e-commerce sites should adapt the demand in the technical design and business design. A better website design and a satisfying shopping experience are critical for the manager of an e-commerce site. Website administrators cannot easily locate where problems occured and how they are raised due to a large number of user visits, which hence result in difficulties to solve these problems. This situation leads to poor user experience or even the loss of customers, in the long term, will bring serious negative impact on e-commerce sites. To solve this problem, we will combine the current analysis technology of web site, to select mass of user behavior data and track the problems in users’browsing, then analysis and statistics the useful information. So in face of a particular problem, web site maintainers can give a solution quickly. And it is helpful for manager to get a direct understanding of design defects.Based on the development of Real User Monitory system, this paper discusses the design and implementation of the system. First, the paper expounds the topic and background, compares the basic situation of the related technology, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the various data capture mode, then determines the system client data capture mode by using JavaScript page tags, the server-side data capture with the method of using interceptor. Second, according to the requirement we designed function models, system architecture and relevant interfaces. Third, in the section of detailed design and implementation, the paper illustrates the realization method of the data acquisition module, data processing module and data visualization module. The paper also introduces the use of key technologies, and the practice in the system. Last, the paper illustrates the test plan of the system. This system is mainly based on Java, SAP UI5 technology and RestAPI technology, some components use JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) to transfer data. In process of system design and development the author has participated and completed following work:requirement analysis, module design, UI design, and finally completed the function of the project.At present, this system has been used by Lenovo Company in Australia to provide a lot of valuable data for site managers, and we have received many positive feedback. Web site maintainers,according to the error tracking information, analyze user’s problems conveniently, greatly improve the efficiency of the solution solving. Then through analyzing the running information, website managers could found the regulation of users visiting and common problems in website So the system can provide the methods to further optimizing website. For future versions of the project, we will provide more users’behavior analysis data to help managers better understand users.
