With the advent of the information age, C/S model system gradually appears the drawbacks of data abundance and information poor, and the Web system based on B/S structure has become an effective method of information management in many industry areas. In this situation, visualization of information data is also gradually moving towards the Web platform which has developed into a popular application. Web information visualization not only improve the efficiency of data analysis, but also promote the effective management of information data. In the Web visualization platform, it change the data to picture, and provide more visual information, which is the inevitable requirement of the information age.NIR(Near Infrared Spectroscopy) analysis technology is widely used in tobacco industry, resulting in a large-scale tobacco near infrared spectral data. How to effectively visualize and analyze these data by Web technology is the research object of this paper. By analyzing and studying the technology of visualization at home and abroad, the Web visualization technology based on D3.js was designed in the visual module of the tobacco leaf NIR information visualization sharing platform.According to the characteristics of NIR analysis index of tobacco leaf, the method of Web visualization process of near infrared spectroscopy data was discussed. In this paper, we discussed the visualization scheme of time series, and designed a suitable visual scheme for tobacco large time series data set. Then we proposed an optimized parallel coordinate system for multi-dimensional index of tobacco data. In the case of large data can also be quickly loaded, a queue scheme was used in the Web visualization. In addition, a fuzzy clustering method based on the density of neighboring points is proposed to deal with the data, which does not need complex calculation. To assist the analysis of tobacco near infrared index, interaction methods of Web chart is designed, such as filter brush, coordinate axis rearrangement, translation and scaling, highlighting and coloring, bundling and smoothing etc.Finally, we introduce the visible module of tobacco NIR information system and Web visualization of tobacco NIR index data.
