The Research Of Traffic Information Collection System Based On Crowdsourcing And Related Privacy Issues

With the rapid development of wireless network technology, the intelligent transportation system is becoming more and more familiar for people, and will have a more profound influence on people’s life in the future. There are lots of studies about intelligent transportation system, but the crowdsourcing idea and the combination with the intelligent transportation system research is quite few. Though the idea of the combination of crowdsourcing and ITS is put forward in recent years with the increasing study of crowdsourcing, the degree of the study is not very deep, the application of crowdsourcing is relatively immature. At the same time, the combination application type is unitary, the mining of crowdsourcing is not deep enough.The traditional application of Crowdsourcing is mainly in the field of business, reflected in the operation and allocation of tasks. If this kind of thought could be complete reasonable combined with intelligent transportation system, it will be innovative and full of practical significance. In this paper, we study the application of crowdsourcing in different fields including intelligent transportation systems carefully and deeply, have an analysis about how to make a better combination of crowdsourcing and transportation system, and then we put forward a kind of road and traffic information supervision system based on the crowdsourcing.According to the personal privacy problem which be paying attention to by people now and will be more serious in the future, we put forward an improved traffic information management system based on location privacy protection. In this system of this paper, a novel clustering type information upload algorithm is proposed to protect the privacy security leaks which user most concerned about in the process of uploading task.In view of the proposed system which considering the privacy, we write experimental programs in the Java language, to simulate the whole process of the system and clustering upload algorithm, and then output vehicles’ location information upload record. According to the statistics related knowledge, we draw line charts with the confidence interval by the records we get, by the diagram and analysis, we prove that the system considering user privacy protection is really useful, and then analysis the trial conditions of the system.Compared to many different application of this area, the transportation system in this paper has a better combination of crowdsourcing thought, protects the privacy of the user at the time of finish the task of the system. This paper makes a contribution to the research of the combination of crowdsourcing and intelligent transportation system, especially in calling for people to pay attention to and solve the problem of privacy perspective, and opens a new research idea for future research work.
