With the rapid development of internet shopping, it puts forward new requirements for logistics industry. Which is the logistics industry should make its customer get the cargo information more accurate in real time. The cargo real-time tracking system based on BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS) has great application prospect for the reason that our country have put many effort in develop BDS. In this article, a cargo-tracking system based on BDS and RFID was designed. And then, based in this system, an RFID anti-collision algorithm and electronic map rectification algorithm was researched and designed.First, the whole scheme of cargo-tracking system was designed. And then the key technology which is involved with the system, such as satellite navigation technology, radio frequency technology. GIS technology and GPRS wireless communication technology was analyzed.Second, based in the issue of multiple tag collision in carriage, the anti-collision algorithm was researched. To solve the problem of tag estimation in carriage, a new tag estimation algorithm was designed, and the simulation result shows this new algorithm have a good tag estimated effect. After researched the existing tag anti-collision algorithm, a new dynamic framed slotted ALOHA tag anti-collision algorithm combined Bit-Slot was proposed. Then completed this algorithm’s simulation, the result shows this tag anti-collision algorithm have a good anti-collision effect which can complete the tag reading in a short time.Third, according to the electronic map encryption in our country, the electronic map rectification algorithm based on fuzzy inference and the electronic map rectification algorithm based on neural network was proposed after researched the current electronic map rectification method. Then completed this two algorithms simulation and compared the algorithms outputs with the method of Baidu map in electronic map. The result shows that this two new electronic map encryption all can meet the cargo-tracking requirement. And the effect of electronic map rectification algorithm based on fuzzy inference is better than the electronic map rectification algorithm based on neural network.At last, the cargo-tracking system was designed, include hardware and software. Then builded the cargo-tracking system and completed the hardware, software and system test. The test result shows this system had a good performance which can store and display the cargo information in real time. It also can get the cargo information and complete the cargo information’s translate in a short time, which can improve the efficiency of logistics and make us get the logistics information more quickly.
