The research of organic thin film solar cell of photoelectric material has been the hotspot in its field. Organic polymer materials have many advantages, but also have some disadvantages, so the improvement of the space is obviously necessary. Polyphenylene-vinylene, Polythiophene, and Polyfluorene derivatives with their advantages and disadvantages respectively, but they have many performance advantages of the derivatives, many different methods of structure modification, to make its performance to achieve good solubility in processing, light color can be adjusted and higher luminous efficiency. We have synthesized copolymerization of A, B, C, D, and this kind of fragments have different conjugated polymers. Characterized by 1H-NMR, GPC, UV, TG test methods, test the luminescence properties of polymers. In short, polymers have good solubility, and film forming performance is also good, with strong fluorescent property and good thermal stability.1 The Glich reaction of PPVs derivatives of A1~A3 containing nitro hyper-branched structure was synthesized. The maximum UV absorption film condition has obviously red shift; fluorescence film state emissions have obviously red shift than the solution state, their band gap is effectively relative to the same frame structure without introducing nitro. Reduced from 3.0 to 2.8 ev, the molecular weight was increased by three million, the decomposition temperature is up to 350℃, and shows better thermal stability.2 The Glich reaction of fluorine and phenyl copolymer of hyper-branched conjugated polymer synthesis, polymer B1~B2 and B11~B22 films under the maximum UV absorption than the maximum UV absorption of visible in the spectrum red shift of several units. The fluorescent film state emission at state with red shift and the decomposition temperature reach to 200-400, which shows good thermal stability. The HOMO, LUMO were significantly reduced, and also reduces the conjugated polymer band gap to about 2.5 ev.3 Adopt the Witting condensation reaction synthesis two groups of thiophene, benzene and conjugated polymer fluorine copolymer. To maximum purple polymer C1~C2 and D1~D2 films under the condition of absorption has obviously red shift, and effectively absorption range. The same fluorescent film state emissions have obviously red shift than in solution and introduces thiophene fragment. The absorption range from 250 to 450 nm band gap have been directly absorpt, and its band gap reduced to about 2.2 ev also with good thermal stability.
