With the rapid developments of computer graphics and computer vision, more attentions are paid to 3D reconstruction and related acquirement technology of the depth image, which have made great progress not only on research but also on application recent years. According to current situations and problems in the field of depth acquirement, this article studies depth acquirement method based on the images.In the aspect of RGB image, this article proposes a framework of depth acquirement using the edge 3D reconstruction technology with the depth image optimal algorithm we proposed, which can acquire high quality depth image from the video or photo sets using consuming-level camera.In the aspect of RGBD image, this article makes a further study on the problem that depth images can’t align accurately in 3D reconstruction when using multiply depth cameras, and puts forward a multiply depth image alignment framework based on the RGBD image. This framework can align depth images from different depth cameras accurately, and brings us more accurate depth information in 3D reconstruction when using multiply depth cameras to improve the quality of 3D reconstruction.
