In the visual measurement of large parts in the aviation and aerospace industries, the measurement information has the characteristics of large size and high resolution. It has great significance for the new measuring instrument to do some research on fast real-time processing technology of measurement information and build a high-speed parallel processing system.This paper studies the key technologies of the parallel system and puts forward a kind of embedded image information parallel processing system which is based on 8 cores DSP. The main contents include:Firstly, this paper analysis the demands of the large size measurement information processing system and puts forward the parallel processing scheme of multi core DSP based on C6678. Then, the multi-core hardware technology and multi-core parallel development technology are studied to summarize the key technologies during designing and implementing the system.Secondly, in order to improve the parallel efficiency, the key technology of multi-core DSP parallel system is studied including parallel task allocation model, the inter core communication technology and data storage interaction technology. Combined with the hardware platform, this paper designes some performance test of the key technology. Through analyzing the test, the IPC MessageQ is adopted to reduce the the communication cost between inter cores; High speed data storage is optimized to improve the efficiency of data access and the data interaction strategy based on EDMA is used.Thirdly, this paper designs the hardware circuit system which takes TI DSP C6678 as the core, including C6678 peripheral circuit, FPGA peripheral circuit. Overcomes the technical problems of high performance signal board design, complex power system design and high speed data transmission circuit design and so on.Finally, this paper builds a software development environment based on MCSDK components and SYS/BIOS in CCS IDE. Implements the image processing algorithms and designs experiments to verify the algorithm, and the performance of multi core parallel processing. The final results show that the proposed method has obvious advantages.In this paper, the high-speed parallel processing system of large scale measurement information has the advantages of large processing data, fast data acquisition and processing, high real-time performance. As the key component of the measuring instrument, the system provides an embedded processing platform of large scale measurement information to support the follow-up research and development work.
