In the era of big data, with the development of high and new technologies such as cloud computing, securities companies have been utilizing cloud storage systems that are reliable, efficient and secure, instead of traditional hardware, to store their account-opening data, market transaction data and other important information. However, many of the companies are upset about lack of reasonable methods for file backup, inability to recover deleted files, leakage of confidential documents, and so on. Targeting their upsets, Shanghai Stock Communication Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as STOCOM) set up a cloud-storage project team including the author has worked out a Cloud Data Storage System to meet the requirements of the securities industry.The key task therein is application of Tao Bao File system architecture into construction of this Cloud Data Storage System. Tao Bao File System architecture enables rapid deployment of hardware devices, along with substantial reduction in hardware investment cost. By using duplication eliminating technique in the storage, this Cloud Data Storage System can eliminate duplicate files within it and reduce data traffic in the network. Client-side and server-side encryptions can jointly ensure the security and confidentiality of stored files. Given that data traffic is higher at securities opening time-frame, this system enables timing of file uploading so as to avoid transmission at peak transaction hours. This system also provides structural refinement and settings for each of application function modules, and its granularity design has achieved high reliability and easy scalability that are required in a distributed storage. Relevant user service level agreement(SLA) has reached 99.999%, thus greatly satisfying securities companies for data security and business efficiency.This thesis, firstly by referring to the background of cloud data storage system, researches and compares existing cloud platform systems used by relevant companies; secondly regarding the infrastructure of this system, highlights TFS structuring mode and related deployment; then analyzes the designs for relevant application systems and functional modules; finally, the paper details actual production-environment deployments and performance tests pertaining to this system...
