Information fusion technology is a hot research field. According to the demand on navigation system, several key technologies are discussed in this thesis. Compass navigation system is our implementing self-development and independent operation of the global satellite navigation system. It promotes the development of our country satellite navigation causes, reflects the comprehensive power of our country, makes us to get rid of our dependency on foreign satellite navigation system, and also breaks the American monopoly of GPS, leads a group of China’s high-tech industries, formats a new source of technology growth. China’s navigation system is a new product of the time. In order to develop and grow under the background of mature such as GPS navigation positioning system, the first step must be compatible with other navigation systems under the framework of global.The function model of information fusion is established. the application and implementation of information fusion used in integrated navigation system is also given here. Then the theory as well as algorithm of federated filtering is introduced and the optimal estimation is proved systematically. Their characteristics and application field are presented. Several satellites powers were used by the integrated positioning system, which can provide high precision and avoid the failure of positioning in some special circumstance. Based on the combination of Beidou passive positioning system and the GPS, a new federal Kalman filter system model was presented and used to integrated positioning system which was consist of the improved 2nd generation of Beidou passive positioning system and the GPS in this paper. The experiment shows that the combination system is low in filter divergence, high in positioning precision, reliability and autonomy.Moreover from the prospect of information fusion and integrated navigation technology intelligent integrated navigation with information fusion system was introduced; Finally according to the information fusion filtering technology and intelligent fault diagnosis technologies, intelligent integrated navigation system’s composition, function, implementation and application are discussed. In this thesis, the theory of integrated navigation system was enriched; some conclusions are good references for the practical uses.
