Nowadays the digitization and informationization of industries have been more and more important. To realize the hospital information management would have made a big difference to improve the management of hospital and medical service, which has been a symbol of achieving modernization. The medical images, doctors and patients need, is mainly from radiologists. So achieving radiology informationization is the direction of radiological images in the future. The paper firstly introduces the research’s background and importance, the status of the research at home and abroad and the structure of the thesis. Then the paper introduces the related theory, namely technology and development tools of the system. In terms of architecture, the developer chooses B/S, one of structure which is easy to deploy and maintenance and expand. UML Tools, namely Rational Rose 2007 is used to finish the outline design in this paper. In terms of system development, the article chooses VS 2010 as the IDE. Through using a three-tier architecture and combining with JS, DIV plus CSS and Ajax, the relationship between each layer is simplified, which would improve the efficiency of the system. Last but not least, SQL Server 2008 R2 is used to store data of the RIS. In addition, the paper also selected FineUI framework for WEB landscaping. The technology named ExtJs technology that used in this framework is helpful to improve system speed. Finally, the writer makes a summary and outlook about the paper. The writer also points out that the research and development of RIS system is very helpful to radiology information, greatly improving the domestic hospital radiology management and service levels. At the same time, taking into account the patients queuing difficult problem, mobile client appointments and remote consultations are the future research directions.
