The wind power occupies the central position of the national new energy development, and the rational use of it plays a key role in the country’s economic structural adjustment. In recent years, the wind power industry has developed rapidly, so the research in the field of wind power has become a hot spot. In a modern large-scale enterprise, it has more than 10 wind farms in different regions, which have more than 100 wind turbines. Distributed remote monitoring for wind farms is important for its performance of work safety, coordinated operation, efficient management. This thesis is based on the new energy company, and it is aimed at the management lagging of the core operational data, mechanical heavy quantity of operation and maintenance, the backward of coordinated management and so on. It has established a distributed remote monitoring system for wind farms. Using the B/S structures, it contains network communication, data acquisition, real-time monitoring and alarm, materials management, business intelligence and so on by Spring, Hibernate, Ajax framework technology. On the one hand, the system communicates with a lot of subsystems and can support for multiple communication protocols and achieve the unity of the multiple data formats, it has achieved the efficient data sharing of the core production and integration management. On the other hand, it has provided data services to other systems making the enterprise information system as an organic whole and breaking each link of the "information island". Otherwise, material management, business intelligence and other modules has put to use, so it has reduced the cost and has improved the management level and has enhanced the economic benefit.
