The requirement of network service becomes more and more high. Network service is toward customized and multi-tenant mode. Existing network infrastructure can’t meet the needs of these diverse network services. Software Defined Networking (SDN) presented a new network architecture. Feature of SDN is centralized control, using open interfaces and supporting network virtualization. These features make it possible to meet the new requirement of network service. In Multi-tenant mode, the requirement of service deployment become much higher. There are few studies expounding the complete process of service deployment from service to policies. In this paper, we use Dynamic Service Chain as a service function orchestration mode and use a high-level programming language as a service function deployment tool. Combining with the virtual network mapping theory, we design a project about the process of the entire deployment from service to policies, and also from controller to network nodes.Currently SDN network service deployment is static. Frequent changes in network status still cause lots of network configuration tasks. We presented a Dynamic Policy Management System which is based on the current three layers SDN network structure. The highlights of the design in the controller is setting a network status monitoring area, thus achieving the underlying network status monitoring and feedback, and thus realizing a network strategy for adaptive network status deployment. This paper presents a dynamic policy management system to achieve the service automatic deployment according to the network status. In the dynamic policy deployment approach, we expand the original Pyretic/Kinetic programming semantics to support the combination of Service Function Chains. At the end of the paper, we use experiments to verify the entire deployment process from the service to policies.
