With the rapid development of science and technology, an increasing number of electronic devices have been widely applied to the research, production and daily life. Consequently, the problem of electromagnetic interference (EMI) will be more and more complex, people’s fears about surrounding electromagnetic environment are also increasing. Thus, the countries around the world attach great importance to the EMI problem, especially that in signal processing. The innovation and design of related hardware devices and circuits are focused more on in the previous studies, while in recent years with the rapid development of the modern signal processing technology, people have begun to focus on that the modern signal processing technology is applied to the anti-electromagnetic interference. In view of the field of the industrial applications, anti-electromagnetic interference performance does not reach the precision and accuracy of the theoretical analysis in the hardware devices, resulting in EMI can’t be effectively controlled. Therefore, in this thesis, the author analyzed and researched the anti-electromagnetic interference technology in signal processing. Through analyzing the field EMI problem, the targeted anti-electromagnetic interference method is proposed to realize effective control on EMI problem in software. In this thesis, the work has been done in five aspects. Firstly, a brief introduction is given on the background and research status at home and abroad of EMI problem, and this thesis expounds the application situation of the existing signal processing technology in the aspect of EMI suppression. Secondly, the STFT method is used to get the EMI signal characteristics of the field, and the EMI signal is classified and processed by the DCFMN neural network. Thirdly, according to the EMI problem of different types, the different EMI suppression methods are respectively raised to not only effectively improve the suppression efficiency and accuracy of the EMI but reduce the blindness to restrain EMI. Meanwhile, the validity of these suppression methods are verified by the experiment and simulation. Fourth, the anti-electromagnetic interference technology proposed in this thesis is applied to the field and this thesis has made the analysis of the situation of the field application, which further has verified the practicability and feasibility of the theory proposed in this thesis. Fifth, the work done in this thesis is summarized and it points out that there are still deficiencies and improved goals in this study.
