| Recently, many television programs about speech represented by Voice and Super Speaker caused many concerns after the broadcast, these programs express the way with speech, carrying the social positive energy with language, The content about positive life attitude and correct values has educational significance, which liberates audience from aesthetic fatigue of dancing and happiness. They go against amusement in the TV screen of recreation first, so this paper treats television programs about speech as major aim.As successful representatives of programs about speech, and transmit right values by speech and give people spiritual enlightenments, which gets much praise in program response, evaluation and influence. It has many typical meanings. So this paper begins with analyzing the development of programs about speech, studying the current television program’s content and form characteristics as the example of Voice and Super speaker, reflecting the problems of the kind of program, analyzing the prospect of development in the futureThis paper is mostly divided into six chapters. Introduction firstly expounds the values of current TV programs about speech and classifies the document literature. Chapter one defines and classifies programs of speech, analyzing main features of the shows, and states the prospects for development. Chapter two basically elaborates five important reasons of television programs about speech. Chapter three mainly analyzes the characters of the shows from two aspects of content and form for example as Speaker and Super speaker. Chapter four mainly makes horizontal contrasts on the TV programs of speech, then analysis the development situation deeply.
