Design And Implementation Of Property Management System Based On SSH

With the rapid development of computer technology, traditional manual technologies have been unable to meet the current needs of residential property management. The use of computer technology for the management comes into being. The property management staff can use this management system to make their work become unified and automated.Before the actual development begins, the property manage system is deeply studied under the condition of the development of intelligent residential property management system all over the world and the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic intelligent property management information system. This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1) After analyzing the current development status of the system all over the world, this paper puts forward a system model based on SSH framework, and introduces the relevant technologies needed for the development of the system.(2)The feasibility of the system and the user needs are analyzed in detail, mainly from the nine functional modules. The functional requirements of the system are analyzed in the form of use case diagrams.(3)The overall design of the system is described in detail, including the overall function of the system as well as the overall logic diagram. And the main function of each function module and the database design of the system are expounded.(4) In the aspect of intelligence, the paper uses k-means algorithm to analyze owners electrical characteristics, and puts forward the K-means clustering outlier algorithm to find the abnormal electricity users to help electric power system understanding of the residents of the electricity. That’s can develop correct energy-saving advice for the electric power enterprise according to the characteristics of customer groups.(5)Realizing the integration of the SSH framework and the realization of each function module of the system is demonstrated. In the end, the whole system is tested. The test results show that the system has met the required functions.
