Sea battle has become more and more complex under the tide of informatization,at the same time, the operational concept also evolves constantly, cooperative engagement has occupies the dominant position. The basis of cooperative engagement is the grasp of sea battle situation, it not only affects the operational decisions, but also has a great impact on outcome of the battle. Naval vessel equipment levels has gain a qualitative leap in last two decades, whether in functionality or in performance.Naval vessels exchange information through a variety of private network inside naval formation, the most important issue the naval formation confronted with is how to make full use of information to restore the battlefield situation.In the context describe above, this article regard the feature association of radiation targets and target location as the core content of simulation platform.According to the understanding of concept of cooperative engagement and analysis of simulation platform, the article firstly discusses the radiation targets association algorithm and the multiple platform crossing location algorithm, then designs and implements the simulation platform, which combines feature association, target location in one.In feature association of radiation targets, on the basis of gray correlation analysis and cluster analysis algorithm, the article presented a way which combined improved gray correlation and system cluster analysis to solve feature association of radiation targets. The way use the adaptive entropy weighted gray correlation as the measure of system cluster analysis to describe the similarity or distance of two radiation targets, and finally determine the quantity of category according to the indicator function. Compared with traditional gray correlation analysis and cluster analysis, adaptive entropy weighted gray correlation assign different weights to different correlation coefficient according to the importance of the feature, so it is more reasonable than traditional ways.In multiple platform crossing location, firstly, extract the observation data belongs to the same radiation target according to the result of feature association.Secondly, use the azimuth and elevation observed by each observation platform to construct equations according geometric relations, then calculate the position with least squares estimation. At last, use QR decomposition to convert the solution procedure to the problem of solve a equation set which coefficient matrix is an upper triangular matrix, the way avoids calculate the inverse matrix.At last, the article divide the simulation platform into several different software based on the functional requirements, using C++ and Python both languages as development language, using DDS for network communication, performing a secondary development of Maplink to achieve electronic map, finally designs and implements the simulation platform, which combines feature association and target location association in one.
