Research On The Control Mechanism And Evaluation Of Network Information Security Under The Background Of Big Data

As the globalization continues, Internet technology has achieved an unprecedented big development. Especially in the last few years, intelligent network terminals continued to increase, Internet of things, cloud computing and other technologies have been applied in various fields. All of these made the amount of data presented on the Internet explode. Data shows the new characteristics like huge quantity, various types, great value and fast propagation speed and the Internet has gradually entered the era of big data. Big data provides more important data support for people to study and mining useful information. With the continuous progress of the times, big data will follow the development of the Internet and show a more broad space for development. But because of the characteristics of big data itself, it will be more difficult to deal with the problems such as network attack, private data leakage and sensitive information stealing. So ensuring the security of data and information has great significance to the network information security problems and security development issues in many fields under the background of big data.There are many methods of managing network information security and information security policy in the existing network information security control system to prevent possible security problems. But facing the larger amount of data in the background of big data, all the present methods have various degrees of defects and deficiencies from security guarantee and operational characteristics. So it is necessary to make an analysis of the features of big data and establish a set of network information security control mechanism adapting to the current big data environment which can ensure the more efficiency of big data functions and safer network information control. With scientific research methods, this paper organized and collected relevant documents in this field and made analysis of them. Then we analyzed the problems in the process of information security at the present stage and developed effective methods to solve these problems according to the comprehensive characteristics of information security.First of all, this paper made a detailed description of the background of big data and clarified the urgency and necessity of network information security control under the background of large data. Three elements of network information security control mechanism were put forward, namely, personnel, environment and technology. A network information security control mechanism was established from the perspective of personnel, environment and technology. Then this paper established a network information security control evaluation system from related control strategy and security control technology which aimed at providing reference standards for network information security control. Finally, on the basis of the above, this paper put forward the relevant strategies of network information security control, and provided the necessary suggestions for network information security work.
