The Evaluation System Construction Of Government Big Data Quality

Big Data is becoming a new economic growth point, the face of the advent of the era of big data, centralized control of financial, human, and other resources policy of the government plays an important role in doing my part. The establishment of quality evaluation system helps determine the quality of data standardization and scientific management practices of government and big data to guide the new information infrastructure fit big data technology is of great significance.In this paper, based on the existing data quality assessment dimensions, combined with the huge amount of data to big data, many types of data, fast processing speed, low-density value of the four properties, identified five dimensions and 17 government and big quality-related data the data source quality secondary indexes, the size of data quality, the quality of the data structure, data quality and timeliness, quality and value of the data density of these dimensions are divided. And each secondary indicators after carding system, establish specific targets established from government departments, the respondents, three aspects of the institutional factors, a total of 51 indicators. After the initial establishment of systems,large data users to use the government evaluation system for Practical Application. Each data quality evaluation index satisfaction score given by principal component analysis, excluding the 13 index, completed the correction and improvement of the quality evaluation system. Then by calculating the weight of the index system weight, based on the results of a questionnaire survey users to large government data quality overall satisfaction score.Through the above research, the paper obtained in large government data quality assessment, data sources, the quality of government data is still very critical, is the top priority of government and big data quality; timeliness of data quality in most large data quality characteristics important, reflecting large government data on high speed operation characteristics and requirements. Evaluation of satisfaction scores shows that government and big data to improve the quality of the ways and means the government needs to establish a government value-added data management mechanism based on the quality of each index; strengthen guidance data integration requirements of the building; clear guidance requires a variety of structural data processing capabilities.
