With the arrival of the era of digital information,using the network communication has become an indispensable part of our daily life. The openness、interactivity and dispersion characteristics of network,to meet the people’s demand for rapid information sharing 、 flexible and open,subsequently,the rapid development and extensive application of the network technology,the network scale is continually expanding,new network protocols and services continue to emerge. In order to meet the requirements of network quality of service requirements(such as the minimum transmission rate,the maximum packet delay and delay jitter),provide different priority service for user. The project through the study of cyber source dynamic monitoring and distribution technology,the use of packet burst characteristics and adjust the rate of congestion control, to maximize the system throughput,as far as possible to improve the utilization efficiency of system resources.Firstly,This paper describes the cyber source dynamic monitoring and distribution status,the development trend and research purposes,based on the dynamic cyber source monitoring and distribution technology,network managers can master the real-time operation state of the current cyber source,and according to the need to adjust the use of cyber source,enhance the efficiency of cyber source.Then,the basic concept,key technology involved in this project are described,mainly introduce the basic situation,technology and system structure,and puts forward some concrete ideas to achieve the comprehensive situation of dynamic display technology and cyber source and dynamic allocation of generation,provide an important basis for the realization of network control and management system.In this paper,combined with the specific project practice,the design and implementation of network control and management system. The project needs analysis,overall design,detailed design and coding to achieve a wireless cyber source dynamic monitoring and management system based on distributed network control.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,and also put forward the deficiencies of this study and the direction of further study. Practice has proved that through the network resources dynamic monitoring and distribution technology greatly enhance the system control and management ability.
