Backpressure algorithm has solved the routing and session scheduling problem, and improves the network throughput. However, there are some problems in the actual deployment process or cross-layered network structure model. Nowadays, the network environment is a complex network architecture, which is produced by different manufacturers of computers, network equipment and system. In practical, the protocol layer cannot be deployed modularly due to the classic backpressure routing and scheduling algorithm cannot be fully distributed. So, it is worth further researching and improving to solve this defect.Because of the mobile Internet bandwidth demand and increase of intelligent application software, small cellular structure and heterogeneous network structure have been proposed. Small Cell Network is densely deployed by self-organizing, low-cost and low power small cells to increase network capacity density in areas where macro cells is too expensive, or infeasible. The heterogeneous network architecture combines WIFI, LTE, such as multiple access technology. With collaboration between different network equipment, it improves the network performance. At present, more and more researchers tend to the network layer and data link layer of routing and scheduling algorithm. Most researchers, however, often design algorithms with the joint optimization of routing and scheduling which makes the layer cannot be distributed deployment. And it is important that information interaction between different network equipment can be easy and fast. Therefore, it is very necessary to design a separated routing and scheduling scheme optimization algorithm.With the development of wireless communication network is becoming more popular, more and more researchers take attention to the layered protocol architecture. Although the layered architecture based on TCP/IP protocol of wire network has good adaptability, but it is not best for wireless network. Therefore, this paper proposes a Two-tier data queue model to solve the deficiency of classic backpressure algorithm, and applies the Two-tier data queue model to different network architecture to verify its effect on the network utility. Based on the full understanding about the wireless network at home and abroad on the basis of related research status quo of resource optimization, this paper studies the network layer and data link layer model of the different network structure, and researches on the network utility value and energy resource allocation optimization problem. This paper works the following research:1) Two-tier data queue model and its application in network resource optimization. This paper proposed a new type of Two-tier data queue model aimed at the deficiency of classic backpressure algorithm. Set the queuing in the network layer and data link layer, respectively. The network layer queues decide the routing decisions, the link layer queues decide the scheduling decisions. This makes the routing and scheduling scheme can be separated fully. In this paper, we study a long time the network average utility maximization problem. With the Lyapunov optimization theory, we separate the problem into several subproblems, make the distributed deployment easily. Define the link capacity of the network layer and the link layer, and we present several practical setting scheme.2) Cross layer optimization based on the Two-tier data queue model of Small Cell wireless backhaul networks. This paper introduces the concept of hybrid power network, and studies a hybrid powered a small cellular network node modular cross layer optimization problems. With the directional antenna technology, in the situation of the high frequency high sex ratio, this paper solves a joint optimization of utility and energy costs. Finally, this paper uses the lyapunov drift algorithm to get the network routing and scheduling scheme under the stable state, which makes the joint optimal of the network utility and energy costs.3) Cross layer optimization based on the Two-tier data queue model of the heterogeneous network. With the new multiple antennas wireless channel model, this paper builds the heterogeneous networks which made of the control nodes router and the base station to solve the downward link power consumption minimization problem, and uses the lyapunov drift theory to separate problems into several subproblems, finally achieves the requirement of the base station transmit minimum total power.
