With the telecommunications companies deepen reform process.The group customer market becomes the focus. Facing the new competition in the marketplace, the market space is gradually compressed. How to manage group customers, and control group customer market data rends, is became Mianyang Mobile Group customer market management question.This system is developed to resolve that problem. Developing this system, follow the software engineering principles. To accord the system of business functions, it divides into following modules. The system management module, the Group’s revenue evaluation module, Group traffic evaluation module, the Group bundles evaluation module, data plan evaluation module, churn evaluation module, as well as market share assessment module. The system needs analysis, detailed design, to implementation and testing, all the aforementioned modules were discussed.Paper was based on software engineering. It discusses the requirements analysis, detailed design, development, test content. In the detailed design, it was writen with the actual development. To describe the sub-module system function arithmetic logic elaborate, sub module systems business data, module implementation process. And the development process was the norm. In the development of implementation, used the C # language, CS structure, and developed to achieve. Finally, the system was tested. Testing system process, follow the software engineering test principle. Test this system by need case. Papers for specific test procedures, test methods, test procedures, test cases, and test results are described. From the final test results, the system functions run accurately. Through the deployment of the implementation, the system effectively promotes the management of the mobile market in Mianyang.
