With the development of network and computer technology in China, e-government, e-commerce and other new working mode appear in people’s daily life. Tax workers are faced with block of large amounts of data and many tax levels, and the traditional method is difficult to effectively deal with it. They quite need an efficient electronic tax platform. The existing systems have different data formats, and the storage methods are scattered; the vast amount of information is difficult to extract, and they can not forecast the development of tax from it. Using data warehouse technology design and develop a comprehensive tax system to realize the efficient use of massive and heterogeneous tax data resources. The main work is as follows:(1) The existing tax data types are different, and it is difficult for comprehensive utilization. A real-time ETL strategy based on data incrementation processing is proposed. ETL process of data warehouse to extract and transform data from different tax daily business system has been realized. Establish public data support platform, and provide the basis for tax analysis.(2) Large amount of data has been accumulated in the tax system. The existing database is overloaded which is limited by hardware resource. Design database optimization scheme. Using data horizontal slicing subassembly which breaks the bottleneck of traditional RAC nodes and Matching database partition technology can improve the performance of data processing.(3) The existing tax department is lack of tax decision-making support. The tax system is based on the existing resources. Using of technique above develop tax inquiry and analysis system. After testing and preliminary use, it is helpful to improve the comprehensive utilization of tax data.
