The rapid development of information technology in the twenty-first Century and the urgent need for teaching resources from the teachers and students have made the teaching resources become one of the focuses of education. The high quality of teachers’ curriculum preparation cannot be separated from the rich variety of teaching resources. the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality is also inseparable from the teaching resources. In order to solve the above problems, Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute has developed a professional teaching resources platform. The platform provides a wealth of teaching resources for teachers and students, and carries on the standardized management of the teaching resources, forming a unified teaching resource library.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the teaching resources platform construction and gives its research contents and thought on the basis, then carries out the analysis and design for the platform, and conduct the studying and learning on related technique. This platform, based on the B/S mode, uses the SSH open-source framework, adopts the delamination development technology, and carries out unified management of teaching resources. The Lucene Search Engine Toolbox is called to conduct full-text search of the teaching resources. Security access for the platform introduces the Acegi-security technology, and each specialized group resource platform adopts the template-based generation. The foreground web portal is able to search the teaching resources, and designs the document parsing modules. PDFBox and POI are used to realize the full-text search of various document format versions via Lucene and improve the users’ probability for teaching resources search. The platform safety designs four objects, i.e., user, role, permission and resource access. The resources are visited through the establishment of permission configuration. The role configuration permission is established, in order to build the user role configuration, thereby realizing the dynamical management of the resource access for the platform. The template parsing module is designed to template URL, encapsulate template information and make page response. The information administrators in all specialized groups is able to conveniently and quickly change page style and layout of their specialized group resource platforms through this template analysis module. The statistical analysis module of the platform is able to carry on the statistics for page view of all specialized group resource platforms and uploading of teaching resources in a certain time period to analyze teaching resources with the best page view, so as to understand exactly students’ hobbies and interests. The platform is characterized by friendly interface, easy operation, complete function and high maintainability.This platform is operating properly in Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute so far. Through the unified management of teaching resources, the platform realizes share of the teaching resources, meets demands and finally achieves the desired results.
