At present, the rapid development of the Internet, increasingly complex network requirements, result in that the traditional network architectures can not meet user demand, which emerges in many technological problems. In response to these problems, the "reformers" proposes a new network architecture—Software Defined Network, its biggest feature is to break the closed model of the traditional network and to achieve the separation of controlling and forwarding. In the point of the rational allocation of SDN resources, we take advantage of economic principles to stop the wasting of SDN resources and to achieve a reasonable distribution of SDN resources. Firstly, we build an econometric model for the next pricing algorithm and a traditional Price Model is improved as a Bargaining Model which is taken as a part of the whole negotiation algorithm. Secondly, we propose the MCDAM (Multi-Ownership Combinatorial Double Auction Model) algorithm which is suitable for SDN environment based on the advantage of the traditional auction algorithm. To make the algorithm more stable and reasonable, we integrate the Trust Mechanism into this algorithm for removing the malicious nodes within the auction process. Then, a negotiation algorithm of SDN platform is composed of the Bargaining Model as reserve price, the MCDAM as beginning and the Trust Mechanism as the evolutional patch. Finally, we add the Planned Consumption Model which is based on Trust Mechanism as a management tool in the SDN transaction process. We simulate the transaction of SDN resources for the small-scale and large-scale number of nodes. According to the characteristics of Trust Mechanism, we test the Unit Effectiveness and the Equivalent Price of SDN resources transaction process in three aspects (excluding individual malicious nodes, rejecting the majority of malicious nodes and removing all malicious nodes). The final results show that we can get a kind of quantitative measurement system after the combination of Trust Mechanism and MCADAM algorithm, which is composed of the competitiveness of trust and price, so that the SDN trading environment becomes safer and more stable.
