With the rapid growth of user’s demand for high-speed data services, the problem of macrocell network operators increasingly poor indoor coverage highlights, Femtocell (femtocells) technology came into being; it can effectively solve the problem of indoor coverage.FFR technology can be divided into static, dynamic and quasi-dynamic three modes. In contrast, dynamic FFR good performance but with higher overhead and complexity, and performance optimization of static FFR large space, An important way to quasi-dynamic FFR has obvious advantages in the balance gain and overhead become static FFR technology optimization. In this thesis, the LTE system, proposed new efficient quasi-dynamic fractional frequency reuse scheme based on user distribution, the core idea is:(1) from the perspective of system performance optimization, each user has the most appropriate multiplexing mode; (2) due to the higher SINR of the center users, reuse one networking is close to the optimal solution, so how to optimize the performance of edge users is extremely important; (3) based on the strong interference sources different segments edge users, SINR can be improved without changing the reuse factor of the case; (4) according to different user of distributed scenarios, allocation of the band, to improve the bandwidth efficiency.Soft frequency reuse (SFR) is considered the most representative contemporary ICIC program, but it is a fixed allocation of spectrum for technology users evenly distributed static ICIC case; there is still much room for optimization. Thesis also proposed a center band compensation algorithm based on user quality of service. In the proposed complete algorithm theory, the thesis use this algorithm, to process the resource of block edge classification (1) better resource performance, continue to edge users; (2)poor resource performance, compensation to the center user; (3) in order to protect the quality of the user service, the user is protected, to avoid the interference feedback.Carried out in the LTE system-level simulation platform is implemented in Matlab as a tool to design the different parameters and simulation scenarios and select the same algorithm and comparing the performance of this algorithm. Through a lot of theoretical and simulation results show that the proposed user-based quasi-dynamic part of the frequency distribution of multiplexing algorithm based customer service quality center band compensation algorithm under certain conditions, can improve system performance.
