Developers keep going on exploring the forms of presentation on Web pages.Parallax Scrolling is a conceptual technology that combines the principle of parallax with webpages and using to develope Parallax effect webpages. There is no specific way of implemenation. The Parallax Scrolling is more applicating abroad and becoming mature, but it still stay in early stage in domestic. As a most popular technology of Web development, Parallax Scrolling begins to apply more and more in web developing. Parallx Scrolling is an innovation on the Web technology and Web Interaction. By using simple layers, Parallax Scrolling provide a sense of three-dementions and present a new appearance. On this basis, do a further research on significance of Parallax Scrolling in three-dimensional webpage simulation and try to construct a set of solutions by using thought of Pseudo 3D. Besides, analyze the shortages of Parallax Scrolling and its acope of application. At last, this paper not noly encapsulate Parallax Scrolling into a framework through JavaScript language by using JavaScript and jQuery framework technologies, but also explain the interface and function of framework and how to build a Parallax Scrolling page using the framework. In this paper, a set of solutions for the construction of Parallax Scrolling pages and the initial realization of the three-dimensional webpage simulation is established.Parallax Scrolling’s core algorithm should be known and then consummate it to a framework.
