CD-like microfluidic chip is a simple and efficient biochemical analysis platform. It manipulates and controls the internal microfluidics by adjusting its own speed, which has the advantage of reagent consumption, high integration, high speed analysis, small size and so on. In this paper, to achieve the purpose of multi-index and multi-wavelength detection, studies on the design of light detection system is carried out. The main contents are as follows:1. The optical detection system was designed and built by using flashing xenon lamp as light source and miniature spectrometer as detector. Multi-channel photoelectric detection system was verified, and method of positioning accurately and multi-parameter detection were given.2. The main factors of affecting the performance of light detection system were analyzed. The relationship between output stability of light source and absorbance error and the relationship between stray light and absorbance error were established. The impact of differences on light output intensity was avoided by using dual wavelength absorbance detection method, and the test result showed that detection repeatability was 18 times higher than before.3. The performance of optical detection system was investigated by testing four biochemical indices of glucose, total protein, albumin, carbon dioxide combining power. The test result showed the linearity of the calibration curve was more than 99%,and the light detection linear range, repeatability and stray light of the system met the national standards. The work in this paper is expected to promote the application of CD-Like microfluidic chip in clinical areas, and has great significance for integration and miniaturization of biochemical analysis instrument.
