With the enhancement of people’s living standard and gradual improvement of the quality’s consciousness,spray print identification technology has been injected into every corner of society. Identification technology of domestic significantly behind that of the developed countries. At the same time,the single chip processor as the core of the product located in the domestic leading position,but far from meet the economic production requirements.So on ARM9 embedded platform with S3C2440,based on the Windows CE operating system and Matlab that implement image processing and simulation.One of the main content is that analysis the specific meaning of the BMP file’s data detailedly,dissect accurate correlation between storage of data of monochrome bitmap and lattice data which is converted,through a large number of experiments,and extract the real effective data which is prepared for the driver programming spray print.Another major work is that morphology operators combine with linear interpolation algorithm which is combined genetic algorithm,and put forward Cubic image scaling and segmentation method based on morphological operators in order to make spray printing images more clear, and better improve image visual effect,specific design is as follows:(1)Targeted at the analysis of traditional interpolation algorithms such as nearest neighbor interpolation,bilinear interpolation,a separate Cubic algorithm,morphological operators are applied to cubic convolution algorithm. Cubic image scaling based on morphological operators is superior to the other three scaling methods through simulate and compare the results of four algorithms and analyze the reason.(2)Through being analyzed classical image segmentation,Otsu segmentation and morphological operations,the morphological operations are applied to image segmentation algorithm,image segmentation based on morphological operators is advanced. Simulate and compare the pros and cons of the three division method. From the performance and visual effects,based on morphological operator split method is superior to the classical segmentation method and Otsu segmentation.(3)The application of image scaling and image segmentation methods which are studied in this thesis are applied to ARM9 inkjet system. The system print out the images which are processed in various ways,so Cubic image scaling and image segmentation method based on morphological operators are widely used. |
