Based on the Review of open CNC system, fieldbus and domestic CNC technology,combined with the research achievements in this laboratory and the reality that servo drives currently on the market do not have the SERCOS interface and mostly use the pulse signal for connection,this paper put forward to add a SERCOS conversion interfacebetween the servo drive and bus network.The thesis adopts STM32 + SERCON816 hardware solutions,design the SERCOS communication part of the interface conversion equipment, namely independent communications slave,write the drive program of SERCOS driver chip SERCON816 and communication control program,build the master-slave communication hardware platform based on SERCOS bus,and experiment has been carried out on this platform.Experimental results show that master-slave communication platform work properly based on SERCOS bus at the 2Mbit/s communication speed.
