Driven by the demand of internet of things, the abilities for various object entities and hardware computing resouces to access computation environment and participate in calculation with software are essential. Traditional distributed computing technologies are applied to realize the unified access and interaction, such as the Web services, CORBA, EJB, and so on. However, these techniques are generated to solve the interaction of software resources, and the access of information resources, entity object and hardware processing resources are not taken into consideration, and a great variety of resources are not classified and abstracted. On the other hand, the internal components of software type resource, also need such a universal description, so as to realize design of resource oriented formative programs.In terms of the above problem, this paper firstly presents a specification of Universal Service Interaction Platform(USIP). The specification consists of two parts: Service Description(SD), Adoption Description(AD). SD mainly defines the concept of resource which is later connected to system as service, and catalogs the resources by abstracting the common characters level. Basis on SD, AD focuses on the adoption level to the resource level, and presents the programming application interface level for adoption.Secondly, to realize the distributed integration of encapsulated resouces, this paper designs and implements the USIP which is based on message broker. The message engine frame model is offered and a profound research about the key modules in every frame level on the basis of the model is implemented, including load balance module, communication module of service access level, the message management module of message storage level. Besides, a set of message formats are defined, so that different USI can communicate via message ruled by platform specification by platform.Finally, this paper also gives out four cases for adoption to four different kinds of resources. It is proven that there are correctness and feasibility on USI adoption specification and convenience for different resource integration and interconnection.
