Target simulation system is the simulation equipment that simulates temperature of target heat source and moving of targets in a plane motion. As testing system on the ground, control precision of target simulation system is directly related to the accuracy and reliability of the devices that tested. Therefore, it is important to study control methods which can improve the accuracy of target simulation system. Target simulation system can simulate the temperature change of the target heat source, and simulate the motion characteristics of the moving target. It realizes control of temperature, moving of target, from one point to another, continuous moving, and motor synchronous operation. It provides reference for measurement data of the whole system. In this paper, control of target temperature, and moving of targets with high precision, stable operation are purpose. The research mainly starts from the following aspects.First, the overall structure of the temperature control system is analyzed. The paper introduces the function of each module for the temperature control system in detail. Based on characteristics of temperature control, the control scheme of temperature control system is determined. On the one hand, temperature control system is built, and temperature control algorithm is designed. On the other hand, temperature control simulation is realized, using fuzzy control algorithm, and desired results are gotten.Then, the motion characteristic of the target motion simulation system is analyzed, and the entire structure of the system is designed. According to the standards that the system meets, system control method is determined. Approximate mathematical model of controlled object is controlled using expert PID controller, to verify rationality and feasibility of controller, and the system response curves are reached. Spatial position static error of some tested points is measured using measuring tools. See the theoretical value and the static error of the spatial position as samples. The samples are trained by support vector machine, to build compensation model. And the error of tested points in the range of moving is made up.Finally, according to the characteristics of the hardware system, the PC software platform is established based on VC++. It introduces the desi gning process of application software. Analyze the main technical and the function of each module. The system is tested using the PC software, and results of testing are analyzed.
