With the development of technology, the blood cell analyzer has been widely used in all types of hospitals in the world. But from the entire domestic market, 90% blood cell analyzer used in hospital introduced abroad, the price is expensive, leading to expensive medical conditions, while China’s medical equipment is still in the exploratory stage, the topic of this thesis is proposed in such a big background in fluid systems. Fluid system as the most important part of the blood cell analyzer, but in the face of the fluid system design and flow characteristics analysis, engineers only do partial simulation, the overall design is still to do first and then verify,without carrying on the scientific and effective simulation. Thus results in designing work repeatedly, design cycle extended.This thesis introduces the two most commonly used system simulation methods, analyzed their advantages and disadvantages and tried to built up a simulation platform based on one-dimensional and three-dimensional coupling simulation. With this platform, on one hand we can obtain each branch system`s real time changes of pressure and flow, on the other hand we can achieve flow field analysis of specific elements.The loss model of single element is the basis of simulation design of fluid system, and the establishment of this model is inseparable from the support of the numbers of effective data. Firstly, we design a sensor data acquisition circuit, and through a series of experiments to collect the various components of the operating parameters at room temperature. Then, based on the energy loss theoretical basis for fluid system components, we established as many as 30 kinds of fluid loss calculation model and enriched the one-dimensional analysis software Flowmaster component library.We establish a one-dimensional pipe due to the actual system of the blood analyzer. At the same time, aiming at complex and special components in the system, we complete the modelling and analysis of flow field with ANSYS. At last, we use Mp CCI to join Flowmaster and ANSYS, realize the two-way coupling both cross interaction calculation.After have done experiments, It showed that the simulation platfrom can really work. Using this simulation platform, analysed Flow Chamber subsystem with steady simalation and transient simulation, the results provides a feasible optimization method.
