The Study On Network Intrusion And Legal Defense System Improvement

With the high-speed development of science and technology in the new century, internet and information technology has been made a big and great progress, every corner of the human society has been filled with the internet and information technology, which is represented by traditional computer technology and new-rising mobile internet technology. The figure of the internet has showed up unavoidably in every aspect of our lives, our each behavior has left the footprint in network space inevitably.It is no exaggerative speaking that the internet and information technology has been the most-great leap in human science and technology history since the industrial revolution. It is so hard to image that how can we continue to live our lives without internet. However, just like every coin has different two sides, the science has always been a double-edged sword. Because of the infiltration of the internet and information technology in the world, it has brought us not only efficient and convenient, but crisis and challenges as well.This paper aims to take a deeper research on network intrusion, to definite and clear the concept and characteristics of the network intrusion, and to find out the reasons for the network and information security crisis. At the basics of the network and information security crisis, investigating the challenges for the regime safety which brought about by network intrusion, and figuring out the relationship between the network-information security and the national security. By collecting and analyzing the literature materials, we need to learn from the legislative activities and study on the network intrusiondefense system in western developed countries, provide the references for improving the network intrusion legal defense systemin our country.This paper mainly includes six parts: the first part introduces the backgrounds、purposes and means of this paper; the second part is the definition and characteristics analysis of the network intrusion; the third part introduces the regime security with the network intrusion; the fourth part is the elaboration about the legislation of the network intrusion defense system in western developed countries; the fifth part is the analysis of the network information security legislation of our country; the sixth part is the improvements of the national network intrusion legal defense system.
