Robots as China thirteenth five-year plan focusing on the development industry, its important role in the industry is already evident, with the development of electronics and other light industries, as well as for high-precision flexible processing requirements, machine vision gradually been introduced into the field of robotics one branch coordinates robot as robotics, vision systems will be combined with the extension of the scope of application not only coordinates of the robot, and to enhance the efficiency of modern industrial production and improve its production.Firstly, the structure coordinates of the robot and the traditional robots are analyzed and compared to determine the basic requirements for their visual system while to get the whole coordinate robot vision system hardware requirements, functions and composition; Secondly, the vision system consisting of hardware and visual processing hardware, while the hardware for each part of the visual system(light source, camera, camera, a processing unit) consisting of research and analysis to determine the coordinates of the robot vision system for hardware selection, as well as a matter of choice that should be noted; Then coordinate robot vision system software processes are introduced and analyzed, and the analysis methods to identify and target the geometric center of the visual system and other targeting methods to determine the algorithm verification using Mat Lab, Open CV development of vision systems software development process; Then again, the key question for the robot coordinate system exists in the visual system(characteristics and extraction method, the vision system calibration problems) focus on research and analysis; Finally, the industrial PCB alignment, and spline bushing and spline shaft assembly for analysis, this paper proves the robot coordinate system design vision system to meet the system requirements and analyze all aspects of the comparison results, it proved its extensive application prospect.Contents of this paper theoretically solve some design issues coordinate robot vision system, while expanding the scope of application of the coordinates of the robot.
