With the development of mobile devices and the expansion of the Android market, more and more people use Android devices to handle their daily life trivia. Therefore, much of personal data has been stored in their Android devices. Meanwhile, methods of high-tech crime changes with each passing day, methods of detecting the location and the state information of criminal suspects are urgently needed. However, traditional camera monitoring method and artificial tracing are low efficiency and passivity. Hence, the technology of monitoring should be improved into high-tech level.The background of this project is based on a demand of monitoring mobile devices from security department. It aims at developing a desktop control monitoring platform, liberating traditional camera monitoring, artificial track and bringing the method of monitoring into high-tech level. It will benefit both human resources and working efficiency.Mobile monitoring is more than monitoring, disguising and kill-free also play important parts in it. In the disguising part, the key point is how to give a solution to Android security mechanism, and the main point of kill-free part will lead to the kill principle of security application. In order to implement mobile monitoring system, these three subsystems are indispensable.This paper will describe my work from three aspects. Firstly, attention will focus on disguising. In order to disguise mobile device users, not to be uninstalled by them easily and achieve the goal of being stored in users’ device for a long time, after studying security mechanism of Android system, a solution of disguise normal mobile application will be proposed and implemented. Secondly, paper will pay attention to kill-free part and aims at mainstream antivirus programs. Nowadays, virus technology pays more and more intention to mobile system. Under this circumstance, mainstream anti-virus application will kill virus both in root and non-root mode of Android System. I will discuss the operating principle of three mainstream anti-virus program, giving effective actions in order not to be erased as malware in both root and non-root mode. This will finish the kill-free part. Lastly, aims at the demand giving by security department, after combining the proven mobile developing technology and monitoring mode, I will bring the monitoring into mobile field. Besides, I will use UML method to do demand analysis, design the system architecture with MVC philosophy and use software engineering methodology to implement the whole system. Because of the good design, the whole system will be extended easily. At the eventual, it will be convenient to monitoring device’s information in the real time for security apartment through mobile monitoring system.This paper through a detailed analysis of monitoring demands, design and implement of the system with method of software engineering, in order to let reader know the current technology of mobile monitoring clearly and the method of how to build a relevant system. This system will be divided into two parts. The server program will run in PC and can monitor several mobile devices simultaneously, and the client will run in mobile devices. Its forestage is a normal application to disguise user, at the same time, it will get data by running in the backstage of the system and communicate with server through mobile network. Besides, this system also use disguise method to confuse the public, therefore, it can play a certain role for future study of killing virus in antivirus software.
