Design And Implementation Of Tower Defense Game And Numerical Balanced Model

With the rapid development of nearly two years of mobile games, mobile games industry market is growing with a high speed, which caused great concern in the capital market and Internet market. The mobile game has many characteristics such as a large group of potential users, portability and network support. On the road of gradual development, many types of games have appeared. Among these games, the casual games, with the characteristics of simple rule, less time-consuming and no age levels, have been the way of entertainment which many game players are willing to accept. This paper will address the classic strategy of tower defense game, and put forward a complete set of research and development project.The game system is based on the Cocos2d-x cross platform open source mobile game framework, mainly using C++ development language. The system contains five function modules, including checkpoint creation and management module, tower defense construction and maintenance module, the enemy formation and maintenance module, hero and skill control module and soldiers and reinforcements control module.In this paper, firstly we have a very detailed analysis of the background and development status of mobile games, then we will make the system requirement analysis and overall design, and then make the detailed design of the system database and each function module. During the detailed design process, we also focus on the characteristics of strategy defense game, construct a numerical model, make use of mathematical formula expression to define and analyze the properties of each unit in the game world, and then put forward a numerical balance strategy. Then we will make the implementation and integration of each module function. Finally we have the functional test and balance test.Through many game testing, the system has basically reached the expected target, and realizes each functional module in the demand analysis. The actual operation is consistent with the performance index.
