Corn has rich industrial value and nutritional value, in our country and the world of planting area is very wide, as a kind of important food crops, corn suffered a disease in the process of planting erosion, lead to maize yield and quality are badly affected, more severe cases can lead to failures, as a result, the maize disease prevention is the key to protect its output and quality problems.To resist erosion of maize disease, researchers experimented with many ways, has accumulated a lot of experience, based on the experience of learning, this design introduced the use of advanced graphics processor embedded system through the kernel support CCD camera for maize disease spot image acquisition, based on the research of the embedded image processing system, in-depth analysis of the ARM processor, choose arm9-based platform hardware platform of the embedded processor and embedded Linux system for the development of image processing technology, and carries on the preliminary processing of image, and the preliminary processing of disease spot image for image smoothing and image segmentation, but also to the disease spot color, shape, and texture of image are extracted, key research by choosing disease spot feature vector, the introduction of fuzzy recognition method, which can identify not only can identify a maize disease, can also be accurately identified disease spot overlay.
