Target association is a key technology of application realization such as target movement detection, target recognition and tracking, and data fusion system. It is an important step in fusion system of target recognition. Taking the maritime surveillance and application based on satellite reconnaissance as its background, the dissertation studies the satellite-related electronic information analysis and processing and association algorithms of electronic information, the main work is as followings:1) Describes the composition of electronic information satellite systems, signal detection process, measurement parameters, a detailed analysis of the characteristics of satellite electronic information and satellite data processing flow of electronic information are analyzed for following work to provide the necessary source of knowledge and theories support.(2) In the research on the problem of the identification of radar emitters, aspects of the template database foundation, the determination of the value of parameters, algorithms of radar emitters’ identification, and several other aspects are studied. Its process and realization have been given, whose rationality and validity are proved through experiments.(3) In the research on the problem of the track initiation algorithms, we first introduced some common and classic ways: based on heuristics for track initiation method, logic-based track initiation algorithm and Hough transform track initiation algorithms. Then, in view of the characteristics of satellite electronic information, a track association algorithm based on the attribute information auxiliary is proposed, experiments show that the algorithm can solve complex trace association problems with the satellite electronic information and data under the conditions of unknown of target number, the lack of a priori information such as motion state, laying a good foundation for subsequent research.(4) In the research on the problem of the prediction of moving object based on filtering technology, main research focuses on Gaussian mixture PHD based target tracking algorithm. It applies the finite set of statistical tracking algorithm to the linear Gaussian model of multi- target tracking, which can solve computationally intensive problems and estimate the target state well. Further research is PHD based on particle filtering method that can solve the problems of multi-target tracking under the normal circumstances as non- linear, non-Gaussian. Simulation results show that both methods can solve the clutter of multiple target tracking problems wel.(5) In the research on the problem of multi-target association, multi-target association algorithm based on multi- feature information fusion according tothe characteristics of satellite electronic information is proposed, which is based on D-S evidence theory. It can be applied to solve the multi-objective association problems with the data of ground-based signal and electronic reconnaissance. The simulation experiments show that the algorithm can effectively achieve multi- target association between the data of ground-based signal and electronic reconnaissance in a variety of complex circumstances. It not only calculates fast, but also has a strong robustness under the condition of position noise, false alarms and lack of goals, etc.
