The Study Of Life Detection System Based On Infrared Spectrum Absorption

Natural disasters occur frequently in recent years, which have great impress on human’s life. Every time life detectors provide great help in rescuing survivors in the disaster-affected area which is the primary task after the disasters. Currently the kind of the life detector consists of sound vibrations life detectors, radar life detectors and infrared detectors. When study life detector, the paper designed a set of life detection system based on infrared spectrum absorption technology which is called infrared spectrum absorption life detection detector, and carried on the simulation and analysis of the designed system with the software of Lab VIEW.Firstly, we need collect a large amount of data and documents to study the affection of the metabolism of survivors to the surroundings of half closed space in the ruins, and determine the concentration range of the gas and the overall design scheme of the system. Several different gas detection methods are compared to determine the gas detection technology used in the system. Secondly, we need to design the system with Lab VIEW and analyse the system.The system designed with Lab VIEW in the paper consists of three modules which are signal acquisition, system calibration and fuzzy inference. We use DAQ data acquisition card to collect and transfer the data in the module of signal acquisition, and design program to store the collected data in the Lab VIEW. In the system calibration module using data fitting to determine the relationship between the gas concentration the light intensity signal, we also analyze the repeatability of the system and the possible error in the system. Mamdani fuzzy inference system is applied in the fuzzy reasoning module to analyze collected data, and give the result of whether have survivors in the ruins.
