Goods packaging vibration test is an import ant part in the packa ging rel iabi lity test, and the current corre sponding theory is not perfect. This paper appl ies rel iabi lity theory to goods packaging vibration test, studying the cal culations and tests of goods life based on reliability theory in vibration test and provi ding a t heoreti cal basis for the qualification of goods packaging. The paper analyzes goods life from three perspectives.Firstly, goods life is calculated based on changes in the natural frequency characteri stics. Changes in natural frequency will lead to the resonanc e point dri ft.When the goods are damaged(cracks, fracture), the quality of goods has not ye t changed signi ficant ly,but the stiffness change s si gni fica ntly, natural freque ncy changes accordingly. Vibrat ion t est freque ncy ex periences low- high- low phase,there will be two times of resonance phenomenon at the same frequency. But when the goods are damaged, the resonanc e poi nt occurred drift, t he collected acceleration wavef orm from acceleration sensor can not overlap, that is resonant frequencies are inconsistent with the resonance frequency is detected goods have been damaged,damaged a second time for drastic change s in the wavef orm moment,t hen det ects the goods have been damaged, and the damaged time is drastic changes in the waveform.Secondly, establis h the model of goods remaining l ife based on test data. First fit the parameter s of test data to obtain the corresponding distribution functions and the average l ife expectancy of probability density. After vibration tests have been taken a certain number of times( or time), the remaining li fe will be known through a given reliability.In addition, the paper adds reliabilit y, failure grade s and other parameters to ensure the reli abil ity of goods.Thirdly, test for detect ion of the li fe of goods based on image processing. Images were acquired on the dangerous parts of the goods during the process of vibration test and then carries out a series of images acquire d process ing of through the MATLA B.C alculate the crack perimeter or area and compare i t with the value set before, once the goods dam age, the test-bed stops testing automaticall y and finally acquires the goods life.
